Links de cobro: paga a un teléfono o email

Envía a alguien sin cuenta bancaria, sin billetera y sin cuenta Decaf. Los fondos se retienen hasta que el destinatario abre el link, verifica su número y elige cómo recibir entre los métodos que funcionan en su país. El pago pasa de awaiting_claim a claimed a succeeded; los links no reclamados vuelven a tu saldo. La verificación de recepción te dice antes de enviar si una persona en ese país puede ser pagada.

POST/payouts

One transfer to one recipient on one channel. Pass a saved recipient_id or an inline recipient. Either source_amount or destination_amount. quote_id is optional; without it the payout is priced at execution.
